Lesli Foster Biography

Lesli Foster is an American Award-Winning journalist who is currently a weeknight anchor for the WUSA9 evening broadcast Monday through Friday. Foster is also part of the station&#;s Special Assignment Unit. She joined WUSA9 in and has since covered major events across the area.

Originally from Lansing Michigan, Foster attended and graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor&#;s degree in Journalism.

A member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Foster is famous for her warmth and ability to share stories that have an impact on the community.

She began her career as a weekend anchor and reporter for WEYI-TV NBC affiliate, in Michigan.
